@One is currently in development. The first property is being designed as a proof-of-concept sanctuary, with reservations expected to open after construction and a controlled soft-launch period. Join the interest list to be notified first.
The first @One property is being sited within a roughly two-hour drive of the George Washington Bridge — accessible to NYC and Northern New Jersey without a flight. Exact location will be shared as site selection finalizes.
The interest list is the way to follow the build and reserve early access. Use the contact form to add your name. There is no cost and no commitment.
No. @One is a private wellness sanctuary. It is not a medical facility, therapy provider, rehabilitation center, or clinical treatment program. It is designed to support rest, reflection, and reconnection — not to replace clinical care.
For standard stays, basic Wi-Fi is available. For a Digital Detox stay, Wi-Fi is intentionally not provided and an optional phone lockbox is available. The choice is yours.
Yes. @One is designed for couples seeking to genuinely reconnect — without distractions, without a schedule, with space for the conversations a normal week does not allow.
Yes. Solo stays are warmly welcomed. The property is sized for one or two — a stay that is meant to belong entirely to you.
Yes. Options include a stocked kitchen with thoughtfully chosen provisions, pre-prepared meals, and an optional private chef. The intent is real, nourishing food without the friction of planning it.
Yes — always. A property phone provides access to emergency contacts at any time. For guests with children, dependents, or genuine on-call needs, a way to reach the outside world is always available.
Two nights is the meaningful minimum — long enough for the body to settle and the mind to slow. Three to four nights is recommended for a full reset. Longer stays are welcomed.
Comfortable clothes, layers for outside, slippers, and whatever helps you rest. A printed welcome guide and journal will be waiting. Everything else — towels, robes, toiletries, slippers, fire, food essentials — is on the property.
Yes. You rent the entire property — no shared spaces, no strangers passing through. The privacy is the product.
@One Resetreats is not a medical facility, therapy provider, rehabilitation center, or clinical treatment program. The experience is designed to support rest, reflection, reconnection, and personal recovery in a private wellness environment. It is not a substitute for clinical care.
